Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with hands-on plaintiff-side experience to support a growing PI practice. This role is essential to case progression and client satisfaction and requires direct ownership of injury files from intake through settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Draft demand packages, discovery, pleadings, and settlement documentation
  • Coordinate medical records, billing, liens, and expert materials
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Track statute of limitations, litigation deadlines, and settlement timelines
  • Support attorneys during hearings and trial as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
  • Experience working plaintiff-side (auto, premises, catastrophic injury preferred)
  • Strong understanding of medical records, damages, and lien resolution
  • Ability to manage high caseloads independently
  • Excellent client communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial prep or verdict experience
  • Familiarity with Georgia personal injury statutes and procedures
  • Experience with case management software used in PI practices
